Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cup diced ham (I used leftover)
1 pound chicken breast (cooked however you like - boil, slow cooker, etc.)
1 small or 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
4 oz. mushrooms, diced
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
Sauce
7/8 cup half and half (14 Tbsp.)
3/8 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (6 Tbsp.)
7 oz. Swiss cheese slices
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. tarragon
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in large skillet, saute vegetables on medium/medium-high heat until softened. Once soft, add diced chicken and ham and turn off heat.
Meanwhile, add half and half, HWC, sour cream, 3 oz. swiss, and 1/2 c. parmesan to small saucepan set over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Once sauce has simmered, pour over softened vegetable and meat mixture. Transfer mixture to 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining swiss and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
