Tips

This is a recipe that can be used as a meal replacement. I have it all the time as one meal. You can also add PB Powder if you would like to adjust the taste. I love it just like it is. Hope you enjoy!


Directions

5 or 6 cubes of ice and all powders and coconut oil. Add almond milk and blend. Awesome drink, full of protein and vitamins.
