Ingredients

    2.5 tbsp Hemp Hearts
    4 serving Quest Protein Powder Vanilla 28 gms / 1 oz
    .5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    .5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    16 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    3 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together except for the stevia and set aside. Mash your avocadoes then add the oil and stevia to it. Mix until creamy. Mix the eggs into the avocado mixture 1 egg at a time. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the avocado mixture until well mixed. Add the cream and stir just until mixed. Line your bread pan with parchment paper, spray the bottom of the pan. Add mixture to pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Start checking your bread at 50 minutes as ovens vary.
