Ingredients

    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh- pureed
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Tbsp flour self rising (by GIORNONOTTE)

Tips

This would also be good with a little cinnamon. Serve with Mrs Butterworth's sugar free syrup.


Directions

Mix everything together very well and cook like pancakes.
