Ingredients

    4 serving potatoe, russet (by JOHNANDRES2)
    1 can (303 x 406) Sweet Corn, Canned
    2 cup Hunts Diced Tomatoes, Canned (by STARDUST53)
    2 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Bacon Drippings tbl (by MIKERUSS)

Tips

All vegetables can be adjusted to personal taste, like carrots, add them, don't like green beans, leave them out.


Directions

peel potatoes, cut in cubes, chopped 1 onion, cover with water and cook till tender, open corn, tomatoes, green beans and add to potatoes and onion, add 2 Tablespoons of bacon grease/drippings. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve when all heated thru. Serve with crackers or french bread
