Ingredients

    500g spiral pasta
    1 cup well packed spinach leaves
    1/2 cup fresh dill or basil leaves
    Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    ground black pepper to taste
    300g tuna in spring water (from a 425g can)
    250g fat free cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated
    100g baby spinach leaves, extra

Directions

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain well and keep warm.
Blend spinach, dill, lemon rind, garlic, almonds, oil, salt and pepper in food processor to make pesto.
Toss warm pasta with pesto, tuna, Perfect Italiano Light Pasta Plus and extra spinach.
