Ingredients

    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp Garlic
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    3 oz Ground beef
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    .25 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked
    3 tsp Coconut Secret The Original Coconut Aminos (by RPK150230)
    1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    1 tsp Salt

Directions

Chop cabbage, grate carrot, chop green onions. Use white part for cooking and green part for topping. Add sesame oil to pan, add onion and garlic, saute 1 minute. Add ground meat. Drain if need be. Add ginger, cabbage, carrot and cook on medium with lid till veggies are softened, 6 minutes. Add frozen cauliflower, coconut aminos, cook 4-5 minutes. Stir in rice vinegar, sriracha and salt to taste.
