Ingredients

    18 serving La Tortilla Factory Hand Made Style Corn Tortillas--White Corn (1 5" tortilla)
    4 cup Beans, pinto
    2 cup Beans, black
    1 cup, sliced Zucchini
    12 oz Green Chile Sauce

Directions

Mix Beans, Zucchini, and green chile sauce in a pot to warm.

Add whatever spices/herbs you enjoy. Optional: add corn, potatoes, onion, etc. Nutritional information does not include these items.

Layer 6 tortillas in a 9x13 pan, layer 1/3 of bean mix over it. Continue with layers, the bean mix being the last.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Top with garnishes: cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, guacamole
