Ingredients

6 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
5 tbsp Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (mother)
0.25 cup Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
3 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 clove Garlic minced or Sliced thin
Tips
You may swap out Beef Broth for Vegetable. Add 1-2 tsp liquid smoke if desired. Play around with the seasonings you prefer. This may be enjoyed all week. Prep time includes overnight marinade.
Directions
1) Scrub (peel if you choose) and cut ends off large fresh carrots at hot dog bun length. Pick 1/2 inch to 1 inch around.
2) Mix all ingredients in Insta-Pot, Seal and cook on HI (80lb pressure) for 3 minutes
3) Quick release pressure (Carrots should be firm) then allow to cool completely.
4) Place Carrot Dogs and cooking liquid into a container. Refrigerate overnight to marinate, turning several times for even flavoring.
5) Grill Carrot Dogs on a grill or fry in a frying pan on the stove to add flavorful grill marks. Brush marinade as you grill to add flavor and moisture.
6) Serve anyway you like your meat hot dogs (REALLY!!!)
