Ingredients

    9 oz London Broil
    2 cup Bok Choy, chopped
    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 small Onions, raw
    5 ounces Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles (gf)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Marinade:
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    1 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce

    2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Slice beef into thin strips. Combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic and ginger and mix well. Pour 1/2 over beef and allow to marinate at least 30 minutes. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add olive oil to pan and heat for 30 seconds then add the beef. Stir fry for 1 minute, remove beef from pan into a small bowl and set aside. Next add the onions, bok choy and broccoli into the same pan, stir fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp tender. Now add the noodles, the rest of the marinade and the beef into the pan, stir fry for 1 minute or until noodles are thoroughly heated, tossing to combine. Lastly add the scallions and stir to combine. Serve hot! Serving Size: 3
