These came out soooooooooooooo good. I can not believe how fantastic even with out frosting.

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 brick of tofu (I used extra firm)
    2 cups of soy milk
    1 package of your favorite cake mix


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

In a food processor combine tofu and milk. Blend in to cake mix untill well combined.

Bake according to box directions (about 20 minutes).


Remember if you use a chocolate cake mix and chocolate soy milk the calories etc will be a little higher.
