    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 tbsp MCT Oil (Now Sports) 1 serving
    2 tbsp Tahini
    1 tbsp Harissa - Mina
    .5 tsp Salt

Directions

Put a can of drained and rinsed black soybeans in your blender or food processor. Add all the other ingredients and blend until very smooth. Eat with celery, homemade zucchini chips, etc.
