Ingredients

4- 5 oz Chicken Breast; boneless, skinless (half breast, 5 oz)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
1 tsp Garlic- chopped
Directions
1. In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice and garlic. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture, and turn to coat. cover, and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. If you have time marinate overnight.
2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Oven for 375 degrees.
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. discard marinade, and grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side., until juices run clear. For indoor oven, bake 45 minutes. Either way it takes great. I have also cut up onions and bell peppers and sauteed them with the marinate before marinating the chicken.
