    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    Add 1 whole can of Tomatoes, Pumpkin, and Black Beans—
    411 gram Simple Truth Organic Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
    425 grams Great value pumpkin
    2 cup Organic black beans member's Mark
    Stir well. Add the spices and stir again.
    6 tsp TONES CHILI POWDER
    3 tsp SPICE ISLANDS HARISSA

    This can be cooked in a crockpot on low all day, or on high for 4 hours. The best texture is the shortest time. OR It can be cooked on a stove in a heavy pot over a low heat for 90 minutes.
