Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    115.0 Grams Onions, raw
    7.0 Grams Garlic
    240.0 Grams Swiss Chard
    1.0 cup Kroger - Lentils (dry)
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.9 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce
    1.0 serving(s) vegetable base
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    2.0 tbsp Parsley

Directions

Saute onion, garlic and chard stems until soft. Add everything else except chard leaves and fresh herbs. Simmer until lentils are cooked, about 1/2 hour. Add chopped chard and fresh herbs, simmer. Minute or two and serve.
