Introduction

These Greek-style burgers served in whole wheat pitas make a great change from plain old hamburgers! These Greek-style burgers served in whole wheat pitas make a great change from plain old hamburgers!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz lean ground Lamb
    8 oz lean ground Turkey
    1 tbsp Kraft Greek calorie wise dressing
    1 tbsp fresh Oregano, chopped
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 whole wheat Pita Break pitas - cut in half


Directions

Prepare grill or broiler.

Combine dressing & oregano and mix well. Add Lamb and Turkey and shap into 6 patties.

Place patties on grill or broiler pan coated wtih cooking spray - cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Cut pattties in half. Place the 2 patty halves in each pita half. Goes great with Fennel Salad or Tzatziki sauce!

    Incredible!
    These were delicious. I used fat free Caesar salad dressing instead of the Greek dressing and 1 tsp of feta cheese per burger. - 1/22/12
