Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 5 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Serrano Peppers, .5 pepper
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 6 tbs
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    calamata olives, 1 serving
    Feta Cheese, 1 oz
    oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 can (12 oz)
    Beans, great northern, 1 cup
    1 tomato, chopped
    ham 3 slices extra lean, fat free chopped

Directions

salt water and add pasta when water is boiling. Cook per instructions in box. (I used 1/2 the box)
while pasta is cooking, chop al veggies and add to bowl. Strain beans and rinse, drain corn and add both to bowl. Add spices and chopped cheese and feta cheese, mix well. Add mayo, oil, lime juice and stir in. Drain pasta add ice to cool off. After pasta is cooled, add to veggies and toss. Enjoy
