Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    2 tbsp Herbs de Provence (by MRSJOCCO)

Tips

Pulse cauliflower until fine. Lightly cover bowl and microwave 4-6 minutes. Let cool. Squeeze all excess water out of cauliflower and then mix with remaining ingredients. Spread on 12" cookie sheet (with parchment paper if you have it) and bake. It's delicious!


Directions

Bake crust at 425 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Then add your favorite pizza sauce and toppings and bake an extra 7-10 minutes.
