Ingredients

    1.0 serving Genuine Muscle Milk Chocolate Non-Dairy Protein Shake (11oz)
    2.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    4.0 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder

Directions

Stir all dry ingredients and honey together then add Muscle Milk and stir again. Refrigerate overnight. Skip honey if too sweet.

Serving Size: Divide in half for 2 servings
