    320 gram(s) puff pastry ready rolled to save time
    6 Vegetarian Sausage

Tips

Cut each sausage roll in half or thirds before baking to use on a party platter. We like to make these for a treat lunch or to take on picnics for the family.


Directions

Roll out the puff pastry if needed or better still until the rest rolled into a cutting board. Cut into 6 equal pieces.

Roll one uncooked vegan sausage into each rectangle of puff pastry and seal the edge using water. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake in moderately hot oven, gas Mark 6, for about 20 - 25 minutes.

You can eat these hot or cold.
