Ingredients

    11 oz Boar's head oven gold roasted Turkey (Deli) (by QUADRASHOCKER)
    5 serving Publix Frozen Baby Lima Beans (J.O.N.) (by JAYNORTHRUP)
    5 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup
    1.5 package (10 oz) yields Okra, frozen, cooked
    7.5 cup Cole Slaw Shreds in Bag (Publix) (by FUELINTHEFIRE)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    12 serving soup, homemade turkey broth, skimmed of fat, 1 cup (by SPIRITUALBEAR)
    2 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv
    2 medium Zucchini, baby
    1 tbsp Poultry seasoning
    3 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (dark meat)
    1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY)

Directions

Simmer Turkey Carcass in enough water to cover, overnight.

Pick turkey from carcass, strain stock. Add water to bring to 3 qts.

Saute onion, garlic and celery in ghee with poultry seasonings until translucent. Add to stock pot, with stock and frozen vegetables, and a bay leaf. Simmer 1 hour. Add turkey (picked over and deli). Simmer another hour. Add zucchini (spiraled) and simmer additional 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
