Ingredients

Cake:
Butter, salted, 3 stick
Flour, white, 4 cup
Dark Brown Sugar, 1 lb.
Egg, fresh, 5 large
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
Vanilla, 1 tsp
Salt, tsp
Glaze:
Powdered Sugar, 4 cup, unsifted
Butter, salted, 1 stick
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
Evaporated Milk, 1/2 cup
Vanilla, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour the pan
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
Beat the butter until creamed. Add in all of the dark brown sugar and beat until creamed. Slowly add half of the flour mixture and half of the milk mixture. Beat until fully incorporated. Add in the other half of the flour and milk mixtures and beat until fully incorporated. Add the 5 eggs one at a time and beat after each one until fully incorporated. Put in round bunt pan and bake for about 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Glaze:
Melt one stick of butter in a pan. Once the butter is melted add 1 cup of brown sugar. Stir until it makes a smooth sauce (about 2-3 minutes) add in 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and bring to a gentle boil. Once it boils add the vanilla and 4 cups of powdered sugar. Stir until smooth and sauce loses it's gloss. Pour over cooled cake immediately.
