This recipe is a pretty standard recipe for chicken legs created in the oven. I've calculated it out to a single serving since this is something that is easily made larger. Ingredients

    For each leg:

    1 Chicken Leg
    1/4 cup of progresso bread crumbs
    Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1 tbs
    Skim Milk (enough to cover the chicken)
    Pam Cooking Spray
    Black Pepper (Fresh ground to taste)


Directions

Preheat Oven 375
Coat a shallow glass baking pan with Cooking Spray

Soak defrosted chicken legs at least 15 minutes. Blend together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and pepper.
Coat the chicken legs with the mixture.
Spray top of chicken lightly with cooking spray

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
