Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    5.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup Mung Beans
    3.0 serving Morningstar Farms Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties (1 patty)
    1.5 cup brocolli slaw
    1.0 cup Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice
    48.0 tsp braggs soy aminos

Directions

Sauté Chopped Onions with Chopped "Sausage" for 2 mins in 1 tbsp Seasame oil. Then add in munh beans and broccoli slaw. Add in half the Sauce (made with 1/2 cup soy aminos, 5 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger) cook 1 min. Add in cooked brown rice and remaining sauce. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes. Serve immediately or place filling in egg roll wrappers ans fry. Enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 5 one cup servings
