Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil
    6.0 almond Almonds
    10.0 Grams Pecans
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    2.0 tbsp Maple Syrup
    0.5 serving Apple, Gala (medium)
    1.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    1.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    1.0 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
    40.0 gram Dates, Hadley Pitted Deglet Noor (5 Dates/1.4oz/40gm
    1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Put 3 c water in pot on high and add oats. Chop apple, dates, nuts. Save almonds and maple syrup for garnish. Boil 3 minutes. Turn off. Add all other ingredients. Stir well. Put lid on. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir again. Divide into 4 bowls. Garnish with almonds and maple syrup. Shredded coconut optional garnish. Serve ASAP. Serving Size: 1 cup
