Ingredients

8 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne
.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
1 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
.5 cup Vegetable Broth
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Pepper, black
4 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
2 leaves Basil
0.25 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
3 oz Portobella Mushroom (by CHAPALETA)
Directions
bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain into colander over a bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of water for cooking.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil to pan, swirl to coat. Add red pepper and garlic to pan and saute for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes (cut in halves), broth, salt, balck pepper and mushrooms. cook 6 minutes or until tomatoes begin to break down, stirring occasionally.
Add pasta and the 1/2 cup of reserved cooking water; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in spinach and basil; cook for 2 minutes or until greens wilt.
Divide pasta mixture evenly among 4 bowls; top with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
