Ingredients

    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    0.50 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    3 tsp McCormick Cajun Seasoning
    8 oz Pork Panko
    2 cup (about 23 slices) Dill Pickles

It says 23 pickle chips per cup, that depends on thickness if you use whole pickles and slice yourself.

Sodium- the sodium content is wrong in the nutritional information. This is due to the calculator assuming it's a moist pickle. The juice would hold most of the sodium.


Directions

Mix together Pork panko and spices

Preheat air fryer to 400

Coat sliced pickles with the dry mixture

Spray the basket with olive oil (or your preference of cooking spray)

Place in a single layer in your air fryer

Spray tops with olive oil

Cook on 400 for 10 minutes then flip them over

Spray again if necessary.

Cook an additional 5 minutes


Serving Size: 10-12 slices
