Ingredients

1 serving Organic Nancy's Whole Milk Kefir - 8 fl.oz
1 serving Orgain organic protein & superfoods
.5 serving Viva Naturals Ground Flaxseed - 2 tbsp
1 cup Sunrise Growers Antioxidant Blend - frozen cherries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pomegra (by SHIMMERMAMA)
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
.5 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D
Directions
This recipe was prepared in a Magic Bullet 16 oz cup. Double the amounts when using a cup larger than 16 oz.
1. Shake Kefir container, measure and add to the cup.
2. Add fruit and flaxseed
3. Slice banana in chunks and add to the cup.
4. Add the superfoods over banana
5. Cover with a half cup or more of whole milk.
Make sure ingredients are not running out of the cup before attaching the Magic Bullet blade.
The fruits are frozen, for best blending use the Magic Bullet ice shaver blade.
Blend and pulse for 2 to 4 minutes. If ingredients do not blend remove the cup, add a bit more milk and blend again.
The smoothie will have the consistency of pudding or soft-serve ice cream. Eat with a spoon or drink with a straw.
