Ingredients

    650g ground turkey
    2 medium sized onions
    250g Whole grain pasta
    3 medium sized tomatoes
    1 large zucchini
    250g spinach
    200g quark, seasoned with herbs
    200g yogurt
    Seasonings as preferred (e.g. herbes de provence)


Directions

Precook ground turkey and cook pasta as instructed.

Chop up vegetables into small chunks and put everything in a good sized pan. Season to taste

Bake for about 60 minutes on 180°C (350°F).

You could also sprinkle some parmesan cheese when serving for added flavor.
