Introduction

This is a quick, cool and simple salad- great for summer. This is a quick, cool and simple salad- great for summer.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can Red Kidney Beans
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
    3 c. Salsa (fresh is best)

Directions

Rinse and drain each can of beans, put them in a bowl, add the salsa and mix. It doesn't ge any easier than that!
You can adjust the amount of salsa to your taste.

    Incredible!
    I am not a huge bean fan but this was really good I made a few changes I added some choped green onion and garlic. We used it just as is and then topped some bbqed chicken with it. I am making it again just double this weekend for a bbq. - 6/8/11
