Introduction

Ingredients

4 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
3 tbsp chia seeds
8 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand)
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.75 tsp Salt
0.5 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
1 cup, chopped Pecans
.5 cup Canola Oil
.33 cup Real Maple Syrup (by DYELO506)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls (Leaving out cranberries for now). Pour wet ingredient mixture over dry ingredients and spread on a large baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake for 20 minutes at 350, stirring after 10 minutes.
When done, add cranberries. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
