Ingredients

    Low fat plain yogurt 1 cup
    Tomatoes 1 small diced
    Carrots 1 small grated
    Canned pineapple 0.25 cup chunks
    Cilantro dried 0.25 tsp (optional)
    Chilli powder 0.15 tsp (to taste)
    cumin powder 0.5 tsp (to taste)
    salt 0.5 tsp (to taste)

Directions

In a bowl put the yogurt and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes, carrots and pineapple and the spices. Mix well. Garnish with dried cilantro and serve.
