Ingredients

    1 serving 50g on Paneer
    20 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    250 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    250 grams Onions, raw
    250 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    5 tsp Garlic
    5 tsp Ginger Root
    3 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried
    2 tbsp mint leave (by JAKADAM)
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    2 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    100 mL Lemon Juice
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    125 gram(s) Tandoori Palace Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce (by PHRASER)
    2 tsp Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix (by BIGGIRL2082010)
    0.5 tbsp Chaat Masala (by AMAZONWOMAN804)
    2 tsp fenugreek (by CHEEKYCHOOK)

Directions

1. cut paneer, bell peppers, tomato, and onions into cubes of 2inch.
2. Mix all dry and wet ingredients together and add vegetables and paneer into it.
3. Marinate for 1hour in the freezer.
4. place paneer and all vegetable in a toothpick & bake at 450* for 40 min or Tandoor it for 15 min.
5. serve hot with onion rings and dip of choice.
