Ingredients

    10 oz Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
    1/2 Onions, diced
    3 fl oz White Wine
    1.5 T nature's eats blanched almond flour
    .75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    .75 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .25 tsp Thyme, dried
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Tips

This sauce was easy, and a big hit. I thought it was too much onion, but I was alone in that.


Directions

sautee onion in oil. Add thyme, and mushrooms until they start to release liquid. Add wine and scrape pan. Add chicken broth. Sprinkle a little flour at a time and whisk. Add butter, salt, and pepper.
