Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    250 grams Beef mince
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 dash Pepper, black
    3/4 tsp Garlic

Tips

These meatballs are a basic meatball - but very yummy and meaty! They can be added to any 'meatball' dish!

Directions

In a mixing bowl and using clean hands, add in ground black pepper to minced beef (and crushed garlic if you wish), mixing together. Roll into balls. To retain a good shape, place in the fridge for 20-30 mins... otherwise it's fine to cook soon after forming.

Heat cast iron pan with a little olive oil.
When hot, carefully place meatballs in the oil and gently cook through.
Once browned, turn a few times until browned all over.
If you wish, place a lid over the pan so meatballs cook through.

Serving Size: makes 2-4 meatballs
