Ingredients

    4 serving Corned Beef Can, 3 oz. /84g
    28 tbsp *Great Value Sauerkraut 2 Tbs
    4 serving Sargento Natural Baby Swiss Deli Sliced Swiss Cheese
    8 tbsp Salad dressing, Kraft Thousand Island, 2 Tbsp

Tips

This is good Keto/ Low Carb filling or eat alone. Can be a side or topping with eggs.


Directions

Drain sauerkraut, saute in fry pan until slightly browned. Add 1 can (which is 4 servings) of corned beef. Cook until heated through. Divide into 4 servings. Eat as is or use to top your favorite bread. Put a slice of cheese on top and heat until melted. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing or your favorite dressing.
