Ingredients

    3 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup)
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    .5 cup Cream Cheese
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    .5 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    .5 cup almond flour
    3 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup)
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic (by LIALEXA)
    .5 cup Cream Cheese
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    .5 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    4 tbsp Great Value Blanched Almond Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
1. Cut green beans into smaller pieces (bite sized)
2. Boil the green beans in very salty water until tender
3. While the green beans are boiling, saute the sliced onions and garlic until carmelized. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg. Put aside a portion of the sauted onions.
4. Add the chicken stock to the saute mix. Add the cream cheese and melt. Add salt as needed.
5. Mix in the boiled green beans; combine completely.
6. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Set aside.
7. Using the sauted onions previously set a side, lightly coat the onions in almond flour. Add oil to a small pan and fry the onions until golden. Place them on a paper towel when fried, to help remove some of the grease. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Add the fried onions to the top of the casserole.
9. Leaving the dish uncovered, place casserole in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted. About 10 minutes.
