    sprinkled over chicken & veg
    2 thighs, bone&skin removed (after cook) and shredded
    season with Curry lightly

    9 Baby Carrots, sliced thin
    1.5 C Chicken stock or Better Than Bullion (1 heaping T) 1 1/4 water
    2 cup Cauliflower broken into med pcs
    3 small Turnips, halved then sliced 1/4"
    2 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/4 t.+ zanthan gum
    parsley flakes
    black pepper


Directions

Instant Pot, add thighs (skin on & bone in)
Add Celery, onion, carrots
Add seasoning
Add Broth.
Pressure for 10Min
QR
Shred chicken, season w/curry, back to IP
Add cauliflower to IP.
Pressure another 6min
QR
Add turnips to IP
Pressure 4Min
QR
Reset IP to Sautee
Bring to a boli
Add cream, zanthan gum
stir in parsley flakes and pepper.
Serve
