Introduction
This is a berry/apple juice smoothie that any one would like!!!!!!! This is a berry/apple juice smoothie that any one would like!!!!!!!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1/2c frozen halved unsweeted strawberries
1/2c frozen unsweetweened blueberries
1 tsp raw sugar
8oz unfiltered apple juice (not from concentrate)
6 oz soy yogurt (or regular if you prefer)
Directions
add everything into the blender and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir about 3-4 times while waiting. Then Blend on liquify if you like liquidy but very cold smoothies like me or a lower setting if you like yours thick (but remember to stop and stir things around if it gets stuck)
