1 roamine lettuce leaf
1 broccoli stalk
2 slices of yellow squash
2 tbs of green pepper
1 green onion or scallion
1tbs of sliced almonds
1/4 cup of mexican cheese or any you like
2 tbs of any ceaser dressing you like
i chop everything up small.
you could also add chicken

chop everything up small put in a bowl ad 2 tbs of dressing and mix.
