Ingredients

    24 cup Half and Half Cream
    16 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp
    24 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
    8 1/4 cup (dry) Bogopa Corn meal - Fine (by DREA1272)
    2 cup Granulated Sugar
    8 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh

Directions

Place 8 cups of corn in blender until it becomes corn puree. Saute 24 cups of corn in butter and season with salt. IN a large pot bring the half and half to a boil. Add the sauteed corn to the half and half and bring to a boil. Whisk in the blended corn puree and sugar. Once this mixture boils, whisk in the corn meal. Continue to cook, stirring constantly until it thickens. Season with salt to taste.

Serving Size: makes 48: 1-cup servings
