Ingredients

    .125 cup Quinoa & Brown Rice (Seeds of Change)
    .5 serving Hummus, Sabra Classic Hummus, 2 tablespoons
    1.5 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving)
    2 tbsp Bolt house cilantro avocado yogurt dressing
    1 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)
    .0625 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    0.125 cup Bush's Black Beans
    6 serving 2 Cherry Tomatoes
    2 serving Deli Fresh Turkey Breast Thick Carved-2 slices (by SLUGNOMORE)
    1 oz Fat Free Crumbled Feta Cheese
    15 gram(s) Cucumbers (peeled) 1/2 cup
    0.062 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)

Tips

This is precise to the amounts I put into my own bowl. I cook an entire pouch or two of the rice and quinoa, an entire can of black beans, etc. So altering the amounts you put will result in different dietary values, of course.


Directions

Microwave the rice & quinoa pouch according to instructions.
Heat up black beans according to instructions.
Mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy!
