Ingredients

    4 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    4 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 cup Chinese eggplant sliced in rounds
    1/2 cup Italian Five Cheese Blend (1/4 cup)
    8 wrappers Nasoya Wonton Wrappers serving size 3 (20g)

Tips

Turn this Italian dish into a delicious Greek meal.
Make recipe as directed but with these additions:
1 tsp of Cinnamon, 1 tsp Cumin, and 1/4 tsp sugar and you've just change from Italian Eggplant Parmesan to a Greek dish called Moussaka! Nutrition values stay the same. Moussaka traditionally, has a Bechamel sauce on top but this version is just a good. Hope you enjoy.


Directions

Saute meat and onions in a skillet until onions translucent. Add rosemary and oregano and salt and pepper. Grease a small multi-loaf baking pan and line with one wonton wrapper. Add a layer of meat sauce then a layer of eggplant do this twice when finished top with cheese.
Bake in a 350F over for 15- 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 loaves about 3" x 2" x 1 1/2"
