Turn this Italian dish into a delicious Greek meal.
Make recipe as directed but with these additions:
1 tsp of Cinnamon, 1 tsp Cumin, and 1/4 tsp sugar and you've just change from Italian Eggplant Parmesan to a Greek dish called Moussaka! Nutrition values stay the same. Moussaka traditionally, has a Bechamel sauce on top but this version is just a good. Hope you enjoy.

Saute meat and onions in a skillet until onions translucent. Add rosemary and oregano and salt and pepper. Grease a small multi-loaf baking pan and line with one wonton wrapper. Add a layer of meat sauce then a layer of eggplant do this twice when finished top with cheese.
Bake in a 350F over for 15- 20 minutes.
