    170 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    24 oz Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat
    1 tsp Horseradish
    .5 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value
    .5 cup Marketside Baby Kale & Spinach Blend (baby kale, baby spinach, red & green chard, fresh arugula)

Tips

Use any greens you like


Directions

Food process mushrooms until the texture of breadcrumbs. Add beef and horseradish until mixed well.

Lightly oil grill pan, heat over medium heat. Cook Patties 6 minutes per side for medium rare.

Stir together yogurt with watercress/arugula or spinach greens

serve on bed of lettuce with yogurt on top.
