Ingredients

    1/2 Medium Head of Red Cabbage Chopped
    1/2 Bag of Dole Cole Slaw
    3 Diced Jalapeno Peppers
    4 Diced Pepperoncini Peppers
    1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped
    1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
    5 Tablespoons to taste Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tbsp Lemon Pepper
    1 tbsp Garlic Salt


Directions

Once all items are chopped up together put them in a large bowl and add the Vinegar and Spices to taste. You may want a little more or less then the receipe calls for.

I have added bacon / onions / to this as well, that is the great thing about it, you can add what you like!!

This salad makes four servings of a cup per serving.
