Ingredients

    Brown Rice
    Chicken Broth
    Celery
    Green Onion
    Bamboo Shoots
    Water Chestnuts
    Garlic
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Olive Oil

Directions

Cook brown rice according to the directions using the chicken broth in the water. Dice the celery, green onion, bamboo, water chestnuts and garlic. Sautee in the olive oil. When tender, add the cooked rice. Add crushed red pepper to flavor.
