Introduction

Easy and quick to fix, tastes great in the summer, very refreshing green salas. Easy and quick to fix, tastes great in the summer, very refreshing green salas.

Ingredients

    1 Romain Lettuce
    few 5-6 radishes
    fresh green onion 2-3
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Wash clean the letuce leafs, the radishes and the onions. Cut them all in small slices and mix in a galss bowl. Add the vinegar and oil and salt and mix well with large spoon. Let is sit for 5 min. Serve fresh as side dish. It cold make a main cource dish if you are on a light vegetarian diet.
