Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 c.fat free cottage cheese
2 tsp. natural chunky peanut butter (I use Skippy, it rocks)
2-3 paks Splenda
1 tbsp or less Jello Cheesecake pudding (sugar free)
2tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. Cool Whip Free
Directions
whip cottage cheese in blender until smooth..add in small amounts of water until its as smooth as you like......Add in 2-3 paks Splenda....continue to whip.....add in pudding....mix well.
After this sets in fridge for a few mins mix in the peanut butter and cinnamon.
Garnish with Cool Whip sprinkle of cinnamon

i just made this as a snack...i've been having lots of sweet tooth cravings lately...it was amazing!
i used a tbs of FF SS jello cheesecake and a tbs of drk coca powder (only 5 cals!)...and this was amazing! and what a great way to get my protein!

Awww you are so welcome! I eat this everynight before bed and because of the protein in the cottage cheese (casein) and the fat from the PB I am never hungry in the morning ;)....any of the recipes with the cottage cheese cake are staples in my diet...gotta try the cocoa idea..thanks!
