Introduction
This is a good addition to my meal plan. I got it from a girl on a figure competitors site and it's yummy...I tweaked it a bit to make it my own.... I can't wait to try some variations with it that she mentioned. This is a good addition to my meal plan. Ingredients

1/2 c. oats
3/4 c egg beaters or egg whites (my nutrition info. is for egg beaters)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. blueberries thawed
Directions
Mix ingredients and let sit so oats soak up egg beaters.....Put in sprayed skillet like a pancake and cook.
You can also take away some blueberries and add a bit of banana to the wet side of the pancake while cooking and garnish with both fruits.

I agree that this was bland. I didn't have any blueberries which may have helped. Used egg whites, added a teaspoon of Splenda for a bit of sweetness and topped it with about a 1/4 cup each of 0% berry yogurt and fresh raspberries - would be too mushy to add while cooking. May try with blueberries - 7/22/11
