Ingredients

    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * Zucchini, baby, 1 medium
    * *Summer Squash, 1 medium
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2")
    * Beans, black, 15 oz can
    * Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 28 oz can
    Beef Broth, 15 oz can

Directions

Brown turkey and onions together in Pam in dutch oven. Add all other ingredients and cook for 30-40 minutes.
